#3203 - Implicit front end dissapeared from outlook

Hi Team,

One of our team member reported , that she was unable to see the implicit front end from out look , seems like it disappeared. we took subscription for 6 users .

may i know anything gone wrong?

    Please close Outlook and run ‘regedit’ and remove all entries from the following registry keys (just select each entry and delete it):

    a. Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Resiliency\CrashingAddinList b. Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Resiliency\DisabledItems

    The number 16 relates to Office 2016 – if they have other versions of Office please select the corresponding one (14 = 2010 15 = 2013, 16 = 2016)

    Then launch Outlook again.
