#2957 - SSL connection not working

Hi Support,

I tried to connect the add on with a HTTPS connection, the add-on returns invalid server URL.

However, it the same URL open in web browser, the page is fine. Could you please advise how to fix this?

    Hi,

    Yes. We are using a self signed certificate in UAT suitecrm in order to demonstrate the add-on feature.

    Is there are workaround? Or it has to be public signed.

    Hi,

    You can use self-signed cert but you need to configure Internet Explorer to trust your certificate. Please see: https://medium.com/@ali.dev/how-to-trust-any-self-signed-ssl-certificate-in-ie11-and-edge-fa7b416cac68
