Implicit FrontEnd provides deep integration with Microsoft Outlook. In addition to full two-way synchronization of Outlook data such as contacts and calendars, it allows you to sync CRM data including accounts, opportunities, quotes etc. so that you can do all your CRM work without leaving Outlook. In addition, FrontEnd allows you to leverage the rich Outlook functionality to provide tools such as manual and automatic email archiving, collaboration and approval, opportunity tracking and more.
#261 - What to do with e-mail from fellow @bfjoy.com colleagues (we use Outlook on Desktop/Office365 as Exchange Server
Hi, I have spoken with Ronnie Mansoor on this subject before (I used frontend when with AmadaSeniorCare last year). In general I love having suitecrm built-in to Outlook! Awesome stuff. I am currently pitching it at my new employer BFJoy, LLC (sschultz@bfjoy.com/240.770.0385)
My confusion is about what to do with e-mails from co-workers at bfjoy. I wish I could just handle like any other - but there is a problem, or there still seems to be an issue with archiving email messages from co-workers. We plan on using SuiteCRM to manage internal projects - where the project participants all have @bfjoy.com email addresses.
Any ideas for how to be able to auto-archive @bfjoy.com e-mails to SuiteCRM? Manually archiving each not an option (I will do it, but my bosses won't!) Thanks. Steve

Hi,
You can create 'bfjoy' as an account in SuiteCRM, configure its email address (e.g. info@@bfjoy.com) and check the box that instructs FrontEnd to archive all email received/sent from/to this domain.

info@@bfjoy.com
Did you intend to have two @ symbols? I have tried with just a single @ symbol with no success.

Sorry. Email address should be set to info@bfjoy.com

ok. I am failing to make work. Should Account be setup in Outook first and synced to SuiteCRM? Or, vice versa. Should there be zero contacts in new account? In other words, the only email address is the one listed in account (info@bfjoy.com)

i have come to (probably belated) understand the wisdom of NOT auto-archiving from my company e-mails. Manually archiving to case or project or project task far better.
