#2273 - Unable to connect to SuiteCRM

Hello,

Having made no known changes to Implicit FrontEnd 4.2.37, Outlook 2018, or my SuiteCRM implementation, I now receive a message from IFE in Outlook that it "can't connect to SuiteCRM, please check your internet connection." I can directly log in to SuiteCRM. I am unable to "verify" the connection in IFE Options.

Do you have any suggested steps to resolve this problem?

    Can you please send the log file (Options > General > View Log) to support@implicitweb.com. We'll check if there is any additional information about the connection issue.
