#226 - Installation not working

I am using Outlook 2016 on windows 10. I ran the installation which seems to be going well but it was different than the user guide. I've never saw the screen where my license number or the information on our CRM settings were asked.

    Hi Michel,

    The license and the login dialogs show up when you run Outlook for the first time after installation. Let me know if you still don't see them after launching Outlook

      I do not.. I tried all kinds of maneuvers to have the dialog to show up. I got it to work but once I tried to remove it and reinstal it it tell sme that the license quantity has already been used. We are a software house and I have an idea how it works. I already tried your program way back and decided not to deploy it for the same reasons

      Is there any way that we can get on the phone and resolve this thing quickly?
