    Hi John

    I can see 8 users activated already. I am assuming you are activating new users now under the same license key? Maybe it wasn't able to momentarily connect to the server. Could you please try again and see if that work.

      Nope, I even added a license, now paying for 11. rebooted, reinstalled, type in and pasted in License key same Message Error message: The License Key is not Registered
