Implicit FrontEnd provides deep integration with Microsoft Outlook. #1756 - Error configuring application: Invalid Server URL
I have already 4 licenses installed but whenever I try to install the 5th one I get an error: Invalid Server URL and the url is the same as the other installations. I have also looked at the SyncAddinTrace.txt but nothing is in there.

Invalid Server URL error can also mean networking error. It basically means unable to connect to the SuiteCRM server. since it's the same URL as for the other 4 users, it means there is something in the networking environment of the 5th user that's preventing him from connecting. It could be a Windows firewall or proxy or A/V software. Check if you are able to connect to the server from within IE and if so, check if if there is a proxy defined in IE and set the same proxy settings in FrontEnd.

I'm able to connect to the server and there is no proxy needed to connect to the server. Is there anything you can see on your end or are there any logs I can send you so you can have a look? thanks in advance

Yes, please send the log file to support@implicitweb.com. You can get the log file by going to FrontEnd > Options > General and clicking view log. Then save the log file to a temp folder and email it to us.
