#166 - Invalid URL

Everytime I enter my url it keeps coming back to me as an invalid url. I have tried several different ways of entering the url and each one fails. my site is on a subdomain.domain.SITE could this be the problem?

    Yes, that won't work since it's not resolvable from the outside.

    To use the Office 365 add-in, your SuiteCRM server must be accessible from outside your network.
