#1562 - License count exceeded

I purchased 3 licenses but when I try to install a new user it gives me an error that the maximum license count has exceeded.

    Forget to add, I have only installed one of the 3 licenses.

      Hi,

      I reset the licenses. You should be able to activate the other licenses now..

    Great, this worked, thank you. However I want to assign the one of the licenses to another user and before that I reset implicit frontend on outlook but when I try to sync with another user it tells me I ran out of licenses. How can I assign one of the licenses to another user?

      Hi, you have already activated 4 licenses. I cleared all 4 of them again. You should be able to activate up to 4 users.
