#1101 - Urgent: Implicit Frontend disappeard after update
Hi
Just installed your update. Once logged in I get the first window (file attached). I tick I agree but the ok button does not work. Then I click cancel, I get the second window (file attached). I click ok. I cannot the sync because the implicit frontend add-on actually disappeared from Outlook. I checked the add-on in the options it is enabled. Please advise.

When you get the consent dialog, you need to select at least the first two check boxes (consent to use your email address and agree to terms of service). Only then the OK is enabled. If you cancel the add-in will not continue to run.

I know that. However, I cannot see the two check boxes. I can only see one and I cannot even tick it. The file I sent you in the previous message is all I could see. Please advise.

The welcome dialog appears to be chopped off, so you can't see the bottom. Please change the resolution of your screen so you can see the whole dialog

yes we know it is but the reason is not screen resolution. I did try all resolutions and nothing work out. Please note that my outlook is 32-bit and my windows is 64-bit. Perhaps it is a compatability issue with the update? I don't know I am guessing because in the past I had similar issues and I was asked to intall another compatable update. Please advice because this is causing major waste of time.

Hi, you need to switch to a higher resolution or a bigger screen so that you can see the full dialog and accept the terms of the license.

After the initial sync, the time frame that you selected under sync configuration for the initial sync settings become disabled since you've already done initial sync. As for the menus, I am guessing you are using a Surface tablet. We have a fix for it. We will send you the new version directly.

I checked with our engineering team. They said the Surface fix is already included in this build.
