#4799 - PBX server on different ip Not working on CRM end

Hello We installed the plugin following the document and everything went smooth. Our pbx server is on different ip than the crm. We put the pbx ip in plugin settings but when we Checked in console while in Contacts module the following calls are being logged.

GET http://crm-server-ip:5188/socket.io/?ai_extension=101&EIO=3&transport=polling&t=OTOfAEa net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

The IP is wrong as it should point to the PBX server. We are using v1.5 of the package on CRM Version 7.12.7. can you check this issue please?

    As per your msg we are able to identify the issue is port not enabled in your CRM server, kindly check the 5188 port is enabled or not in your CRM server.

    We have added the port to be open for all inbound traffic. the console is still displaying the above error.

    Asterisk service when clicked on START button does not show the PID.

      the console Debug shows User Id = '1', Show Notification = '0', Server IP = 'MyPbxIP', Extension = '101', Context = 'from-internal' while the poll monitoring is still failing by calling CRM IP, no deamon/service running on port 5188, checked via "netstat -an | grep 5188"

      GET http://CRM-IP:5188/socket.io/?ai_extension=101&EIO=3&transport=polling&t=OTTlr7b net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

      This is clearly a configuration issue. Where is the plugin getting IP if not the provided IP address?

      the plugin is set per documentation, Can you point to file where it is getting the wrong ip from? Where is this call being made from?

      We had to run the following command for the Node Service to start. This is missing in documents if the service did not start by the click Start button, it can be started via following command.

      node modules/AsteriskIntegration/server.js 5188 **PBX_SERVER_IP** 5038 **AMI_USER_NAME** **AMI_SECRET** **PBX_SERVER_IP** 80
