"Combined" Report type is very specific- it would work like a union of the 3 modules only in summary way, and wouldn't give you a union of 3 detailed lists.
In this case you would need to write a custom SQL query and try to relate that to Sapiens.BI.We will send you the Instruction via e-mail.

Thank you for screenshot. It would help more if you could provide request/JSON response from the browser Developer Tools -> Network tab too, as well as full size error log.
At now we can see, that this is probably SuiteCRM Store warning message which, probably, is "The user does not have access to this add-on.". Is it possible, that you are trying to validate from other user who has not been enabled to use this module?
Second thing to check is in file "/modules/AnalyticReporting/license/config.php" the variable "public_key". Please check if there is entry "a6942f93c3a2b006488457eb7a8148cc" (it can be comma separated with others). There can be issue if you have downloaded different packages.

We have checked from your provided screenshots we can see that the key you are validating look correct, but the key doesn't ping for some reason.
May we ask if you have the latest package downloaded from your orders page below? https://store.suitecrm.com/members/ReportAdmin/orders#order12222
Here are a few items to troubleshoot to ensure the license key works:
1. Make sure you downloaded the correct package
2. Make sure your firewall is allowing connections to https://store.suitecrm.com and that php_curl is installed on your serverIt looks like you accidentally started 2 new trials, so we've cancelled the duplicate order for you now (order #12221).

Can you please kindly backup your SuiteCRM system and then upgrade your Analytic Reporting tool to this latest version and see if the issue persists? Thank you for the description, - I still think it is passed x days and then in addition to what we described above, - under "Grouping & Sorting" group by Date - can select Month or Quarter or Year.

If I understand, you want to see AVG for last 3, 6 or 12 months? If this is correct, you can add Date filter 'Passed days' - and enter e.g. '90' for last 3 months.
It will always calculate AVG for last x days based on date when you run a report.Then under 'Aggregates' tab select "AVG" for Average.
But if this is not what you need, maybe we should schedule a live web meeting for better explanation?

"ALL Users" mean that all your SuiteCRM users should be counted for the license.
"JUST REPORT USERS" - in case you want to purchase license for fewer users than total number of Active SuiteCRM users. Users without a license will not see reports or Charts, they can only receive scheduled e-mail with Excel/PDF attachment.Let me know if you need any help or have any questions!

Related the issue with Fonts -
The error sometimes occurs with connectivity problems (firewall or bad connection etc) or some filesystem permissions - might be the webclient has insufficient permissions to write the files in the necessary folder. If you do not wish to tinker with the permissions you can also add this folder manually.We have sent the file and instructions to your e-mail, please check mail from eva.narunovska@itsapiens.eu.

Using a Report Builder, you need to select "Accounts" first and then add the module containing Activities (first selected module contains all records, even if there are no Activities related).
Then via filters tab of a saved report you can add filter 'Activity_id' Is Empty
This way you get all Accounts with no Activities at all.
If you need accounts with no activities just during last 6 month, then this feature isn't a part of Basic version. It would be available via Analytic Reporting Tool PRO version.
If you decide to upgrade to PRO, let us know and we will help you to create this report.

Probably there was some issue with the CRM instance and module uninstallation process. You can try to delete manually files stored in "/custom/Extension/modules/Schedulers/Ext/ScheduledTasks/" and then run "Quick repair and rebuild". Hope this helps.

Thank you for the screenshots.
Probably created Schedulers are not removed. You can check if Admin -> Scheduler contains any Analytic Reporting schedulers set up (for example: Analytic Reporting Send Scheduled Reports, Analytic Reporting Jobs, Analytic Reporting Send Scheduled Dashboards) and remove them manually.

You will find the new version in this store in your profile download link to the file name starting "AR_2.1.292 ...In order to update please upload this zip file via SuiteCRM Module Loader, no need to uninstall the previous version.
