Sorry for the late response and thank you for the screenshots. The error sometimes occurs with connectivity problems (firewall or bad connection, size limits etc) or some filesystem permissions - might be the webclient has insufficient permissions to write the files in the necessary folder.
In order to solve this, you can upload fonts to your system manually. We have just sent an e-mail with Instruction (please check from eva.narunovska@itsapiens.eu)
This should also solve the issues with scheduled e-mail attachments. But in case of any issues pending please let us know.

Hello,
We have looked at the license validation log info. It tells us that you have applied for 1 SuiteCRM user, while your SuiteCRM store has 2 active users. This is why the key doesn't work.
You need to increase user count to 2 and you should be able to validate then.

Thank you for the feedback! We have recently uploaded one more newer version: 3.0.80 It is recommended to update to this version, as few bugs were discovered and fixed (mainly date visibility in report tables as time). Cache clean on your browser is recommended after this step as well. Hoping it's not too much of the trouble.

We have just uploaded latest version of Sapiens.BI: 3.0.76 - you should see it in your profile. Can you please try upload it via SuiteCRM Module Loader (no need to uninstall previous). After successful installation please clean web cache on your browser (or you can quickly check it on Incognito Window), to see if issues are solved.
