#5741 - Module not working after installation

Open Installation created by mmcginn 3 weeks ago

Installed on SuiteCRM 8.7.1. No errors during install. Was able to get to the prompt to download the PDF fonts. Could see all the out of the box reports. After navigating to a different module, returning to SapiensBI produces "Error occurred while retrieving records" message. No reports are listed. Not seeing error messages in suitecrm.log.

      HI,

Please extract the attached patch ZIP file into /extensions. Result should be module_routing.php located in /extensions/AnalyticReporting/config. This file contains SuiteCRM 8.x module/extension configuration which describes that list view should be rendered as a custom view. After that, please fully refresh the screen and try to open the AnalyticReporting/Sapiens.BI module.

      Patch is located at: http://sugar-8-sandbox.itsapiens.eu/AnalyticReportingPatch.zip

      Best Regards, Sapiens.BI team

This appears to have stopped working again. Reports that were set on users' home page are running successfully, but we are not able to see the list of reports in the Sapiens module. Just to confirm, we put the patch file in webroot/extensions/AnalyticReporting/config/module_routing.php. Our CRM runs from webroot/public/legacy. There is no "extensions" folder under legacy. Should I create extensions/AnalyticReporting/config there? There is an "Extension" folder under public/legacy/custom. Should it go there?
