When you authenticate PandaDoc, you should receive a pop-up message on your screen saying that authentication has been successful. If you already authenticated once, and try it again, you should receive a message saying you're already authenticated. If you are having trouble, Click the reset button next to the authenticate button, and try again. If the issue still persists, we can assist you over a call to see where the issue is.
Secondly, the current version of the plugin only supports the default fields in the Contract module. The line items are a separate module that appear as related fields in Contracts. As such, currently they cannot be mapped to a PandaDoc template.

We are working on a new release for PandaDoc that will support modules other than Contracts to map fields to a PandaDoc module, which we hope will also meet your needs better. It will be out soon.

There is no way to toggle between themes at the moment. Once you have adapted to our theme, that will stick. You will have to uninstall our theme and empty cache hard reload to switch back to your default Suite Theme.
Would be great if you can tell which SuiteCRM version you are using.
If the version is 8, then theme will not work as SuiteCRM 8 has completely changed their framework and still not providing the extension mechanism on front end to customize themes. Our plugin compatibility is set to 7.12 on the store.
