PS 1. The most common reasons is you have wrong permissions on your filesystem on CRM server. Please use vendor`s recommendations. 2. Try to run Quick Repair via admin panel in suitecrm. And run SQL-request if prompted.

Hello, please send the following info to sales@vedisoft.ru: 1) file suitecrm.log from the folder with the CRM after try to save settings 2) file with web server error logs (Apache/nginx) 3) Screenshots with valid licence check and AIOC configuration page 4) if it is possible to provide access via ssh and http, we could connect ourselves and check what the problem is.

Hello, the module have updated and you can download and reinstall it, the error should go away. However, it is necessary to make a backup of the 'kanban' table from DB, as it will be drop during the reinstallation. Once the installation is complete, you will need to unbackup 'kanban' table manually, if you don't want to recreate boards. Otherwise, you will have to create boards manually again.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. If you want to receive calls on your smartphones, then the softphone pro solution will not work, since it implies that the call is received in the Softphone.pro application. In your case, one of the PBX integrations would be suitable, but we do not support freedomvocie.

Hello, sorry for the long answer. What you can do now is to set the saved search in the advanced Opportunities search form. So you need to setup saved filters to each months with years. Saved filters will appear in the select 'Saved Search' on the kanban settings form.
