#5031 - SuiteCRM Module Not Saving Changes

Hi, I've tried setting up All-In-One CTI on SuiteCRM 7.14.0 however after doing so and going into the Admin section and trying to configure All-In-One CTI when changing or entering anything there and clicking Save the changes are never saved.

Please help, how can I proceed?

    Hello, please send the following info to sales@vedisoft.ru: 1) file suitecrm.log from the folder with the CRM after try to save settings 2) file with web server error logs (Apache/nginx) 3) Screenshots with valid licence check and AIOC configuration page 4) if it is possible to provide access via ssh and http, we could connect ourselves and check what the problem is.
