#4840 - Softphone Pro?

I saw that it may be possible to use SoftphonePro **- since currently we have **FreedomVoice (VOIP) with _no PBX system _- (We utilize our smart phones to handle most calls). Does that sound like a working solution for our setup? Im guessing the SoftphonePro would somehow interface with our current VOIP (Freedomvoice) Then SoftphonePro would Interface with AllinOneCTI and we could then manage calls, log calls in SuiteCRM? Let me know if I am on the right track. If so that sounds like it could be an answer to call tracking in many cases. and get a better handle on our call communications. Is there a DEMO account to see in action??

    Also I noticed that there are different use case levels? Cisco, Panasonic, Aterisk, and one other. Which plan would be relevant to Softphone Pro??

    Hello, sorry for the late reply. If you want to receive calls on your smartphones, then the softphone pro solution will not work, since it implies that the call is received in the Softphone.pro application. In your case, one of the PBX integrations would be suitable, but we do not support freedomvocie.
