#4462 - Plugin apparently not doing anything
Dear @Vedisoft team,
I am running SuiteCRM v8.1.2 which I installed into a Plesk server with Debian using Instalatron.
I have followed the instructions and, even though Softphone works perfectly, and telephone numbers are clickable in SuiteCRM and (in Chrome, not in Firefox) open up in Softphone, apparently none of the other functionalities work after having created the 3 described handlers:
- The screen pop-up doesn't show up. When I click on the Test button in Softphone > Integrations, a new tab opens up and shows the following:

After making a call to a number that belongs to a contact, no call is logged.
I cannot see the recording anywhere, either.
Can you guys please help me out?

Hello, sorry for late answer, 1) We need datailed screenshots how you configure handlers in softphone: handler - url. 2) please send log softphone log file after make call (C:\Users[WINDOWS-USER]\AppData\Local\SoftphonePro) you can send it to sales@vedisoft.ru

HI @Vedisoft, I had terminated the trial since I wasn't receiving support from you guys. I would need to set up another trial to be able to access the configuration under SUiteCRM. Can I get a new trial by following the same steps from within the SuiteCRM store? Or will it not let me because I already got one and cancelled it?
