I can make calls with a softphone, I get an error that the records could not be retrieved on the suitecrm side, it does not retrieve the data, I cannot see the suitecrm voice recordings, both the dashboard and suite crm are not visible, all settings have been made, the call and incoming call are problem-free.

    Hi, On October 8, we requested this information from you, but did not receive it: Please reproduce the bug and 1. send suitecrm.log 2. send screenshot of the error

    PS 1. The most common reasons is you have wrong permissions on your filesystem on CRM server. Please use vendor`s recommendations. 2. Try to run Quick Repair via admin panel in suitecrm. And run SQL-request if prompted.
