Installation Guide

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAPIENS.BI FOR SUITECRM

Requirements

  • SuiteCRM.5+
  • At least 100Mb should be allowed in WEB server to upload the module (php.ini values "upload_max_filesize" and "post_max_size" should be at least 100Mb)
  • Alter your SuiteCRM config and increate the value of upload_maxsize to at least 100,000,000

Browser compatibility

  • Firefox 30 +
  • Google Chrome 30 +
  • Internet Explorer 11 +

Before installation

Following directories and files should be writable:

SUITECRM_ROOT/modules

Installation

  1. Create backup of all your SuiteCRM system (files and MySQL). It's better to create a full backup of your SuiteCRM system before any changes are made.

  2. Log in to your SuiteCRM system as Administrator and go to Admin->Module Loader and browse for module ZIP file.

  3. Select your archived copy of Sapiens.BI module and click Upload.

  4. If the module has successfully uploaded, press Install.

  5. The License agreement will appear. Select I accept the license agreement and continue.

  6. You can now use your new Sapiens.BI in SuiteCRM.

Sapiens.BI is delivered in English (en_us), to translate Sapiens.BI to your language, you need to make modifications in your language files.

In your SUITECRM_ROOT/modules/AnalyticReporting/languages/YOUR_LANGUAGE.lang.php array, the following translations can be added for Sapiens.BI (You can see an example in SUITECRM_ROOT/modules/AnalyticReporting/language/en_us.lang.php).
