1. I can’t see some sales stages in SalesPipe that I could choose in Edit view

After basic installation, SalesPipe displays only the active sales stages. All those above Close Lost and Close Won in the sales stages dropdown. If you use a custom configuration in Mokas, The SalesPipe settings module sales stages are displayed according to each sales process defined there.

2. I could not find opportunities that I know my colleague has.

SalesPipe will retrieve Opportunities according to your permissions in the list view.

3.There are some missing Opportunities cards that I can see in the list view.

There is a limit by default of 100 records. They are retrieved by “modified date”. You can reduce or increase the number of visible Opportunities by applying filters or increasing the limit in the filters area.

4. When I drop an Opportunity into the sales stage column, the sales stage remains the same.

There could be a few reasons: 1) You did not drop the Opportunity in the middle of the column. 2) You have no permissions to edit this Opportunity record.

5.I suspect that totals on lost and won buttons are incorrect. How can I verify it?

You could double click on these buttons and see a list of summarized records.
