I can't see one of my user in the list

Please ensure that your user is Active (User Status not Employee Status) and that he is not an Administrator. For security reasons, only Regular users are listed and eligible for Sudo Login.

When trying to log in on a user profile : I get "There's no action with this name" error message

Previous version than 2.01 had a glitch when Apache Server had external cache enabled (like APC). APC only refreshed the Users module after 5 minutes. Latest version fix the issue, by forcing external cache to refresh at install time.

I can't see the link on the homepage

SuiteCRM is shipped with SuiteP theme by default. Our module has been carefully tested against SuiteP theme. If you're using another theme, it might have overwritten the basic SuiteCRM files.

For example, thanks to a customer feedback, we discovered that Sugar-Project theme is clearly overwritting a lot of SuiteCRM files using a non upgrade/repair safe method. Any change provided by this module would break the functionnality, and trying to be compatible with this specific module would require days of extra work that could not be offered by our support team.

Nothing happen clicking the Sugo Login menu entry on homepage

Please ensure you're using SuiteP theme on SuiteCRM. 3rd party themes not shipped by SuiteCRM seems to does not contain the necessary libraries or overrides the default SuiteCRM functions and look and feel (limiting the possibility to effectively display the popup) Please note our module is 100% tested and garanteed only against the out of the box/default functions/features/theme of SuiteCRM !
