Our Integration covers 4 modules. We can further customize the Integration service to add up more Modules.

Our Integration includes:

  • We have developed Custom Magento-2 Plugin, which needs to be installed in your Magento copy to use in integration process. We have used all default modules of Magento.
  • Once customer is created in Magento then that Customer will sync up into CRM on real time basis. We are providing bidirectional Customer and Address sync.
  • We have given functionality to sync all the products of Magento into CRM.
  • All the Magento product type we have included in this plugin so that sales rep can create the quotation directly from the CRM.
  • We have given functionality to send a quotation mail to the customer with the product details directly from the CRM
  • Customer can place the order by clicking into quotation mail “Proceed to Checkout” Button.
  • If that customer is new and not in Magento then it will first register it and then redirect into that cart page on order time.
  • If that customer is existing in Magento then on order time it will automatically login first and then redirect into cart page of Magento on order time.
  • Once customer successfully place the order into Magento then that order is sync up into CRM on real time basis.
  • That order module is custom module in CRM.
  • We have also managed the order status in CRM.
  • We have also integrated Magento Reward Points , Credit Memo and Store Credit with CRM
  • We have also integrated RMA from Magento to CRM to manage the return of products from our customers
  • Also SuiteCRM provides more features to integrate extra modules with Magento Store, if required by client.

Customer Module

  • It offers a complete overview of the Magento customers.
  • We have used the default contact module of SuiteCRM with all the details of customers and address in the syncing process.

Product Module

  • It offers a complete overview of the accounting/sales and inventory details of any product of a specific customer.
  • We have used the default product module of SuiteCRM with all the details like SKU, Name, Description, Price, etc. in syncing process.
  • Here in the product module, we have managed all the Magento product types including upsell, cross-sell, and associated products

Quote Module

  • With the Quote module, you can create quotes with the Magento products and send them to customers for orders.
  • Customers directly buy the products from that quotation, we have provided the “Proceed to Checkout” Link in the quotation mail so customers can directly purchase that product from Magento.
  • We have also managed the abandon cart functionality from Magento to CRM, if any customer is added a product to the cart from the Magento side and due for some reason he is not going to complete the order then in CRM it will create the quotation and then sales rep can contact the customers directly.

Order Module

  • For Order Module, we have used basic details like Order No. Customer, Customer Address, Shipping Description, Items, rate, Quantity, Amount, Grand Total, etc. in syncing process.
  • In the Order detail page, we have given relating to the quotes so in the sub-panel that order related quotes will be visible for the sales rep to identify which quotes are related to that order

Lead Module

  • We have created a third-party lead API so users can have used that API to create leads into CRM from 3rd party sources like the contact us form or any other blogs.
