I'm facing an error saying "Something went wrong when executing the add-on.".
If your SuiteCRM version is 8 or higher, please append "/legacy" to your instance URL, e.g. https://your_crm_url/legacy.
Is there a free trial available before purchasing the add-on?
The Gmail add-on is free on Google Workspace. The mandatory companion SuiteCRM plugin can be tried for free for 30 days. Users need both the SuiteCRM plugin and the Gmail add-on to use CRM Assistant.
Can I use CRM Assistant on mobile devices?
All Gmail add-ons, including CRM assistant, are compatible with mobile devices.
Can I save my email attachments to SuiteCRM with the add-on?
You have the option to save the attachment while saving an email, and they will be saved as notes linked to the Email record. You can also save attachments as standalone documents. Yes, the add-on allows you to save email attachments from Gmail to SuiteCRM.
I am unable to connect to the CRM using the add-on. What could be the issue?
There could be various reasons why you are unable to connect the Add-on to the CRM. Please try the following steps: Make sure your license key is correct. To get a valid key, purchase and install our companion plug-in from the SuiteCRM store. Make sure that the user is enabled from SuiteCRM. Make sure your base URL, username, and password are correct. If your SuiteCRM version is 8 or higher, append "/legacy" to your base URL, e.g. https://your_crm_url/legacy

Can multiple users within an organization use the add-on?
Multiple users within an organization can use the add-on, but each user has to be enabled by the SuiteCRM administrator.

What are the different payment options to use the CRM Assistant add-on?
There are two pricing plans for CRM Assistant: per user per month, and per user per year. To subscribe, please purchase the add-on via the SuiteCRM Store, and activate it using the provided license key.
Can I use CRM Assistant with any email service provider?
CRM Assistant is a Gmail add-on. You can install it on your Gmail account from Google Workspace.
Which CRM is CRM Assistant compatible with?
CRM Assistant is currently compatible with SuiteCRM only. We will try to make it work with other CRMs in the future.
How many email addresses can I add to the Auto-Archive list?
You can choose to automatically archive future emails for up to 10 addresses. The auto archive list is cleared when you log out from the add-on.
Can the add-on be customized to fit specific business needs or workflows?

My attachments aren't being archived. What is wrong?
There is a limit to the size of the attachments that can be archived in SuiteCRM. It depends on the version of php you are using. If you want to archive large attachments, edit the php.ini file (found in the etc folder on your server where CRM is hosted) and increase the value of upload_max_filesize.
