Hi, I install successfully tool basic trial and when I open the first time the module, a pop up suggest me to download fonts for PDF. I check all folder permission but this is the result: "Font downloading failed. Please check module directory write permissions and try again." Can you help me? Regards Moris

Hello Moris,
Can you please upload the latest Basic version now once again and just upload it once more via SuiteCRM Module loader to your system (no need to uninstall previous).
It should be working (the PDF font file upload) after the upgrade.

I am also receiving the same error. Installed version 1.7.37. Getting, "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE" error.
