Hi,
trying to export in xls here is the error message:
"Il se peut que la page Web à l'adresse http://localhost/XXXXX/index.php?module=AnalyticReporting&action=makeXLS&record=497 soit temporairement inaccessible ou qu'elle ait été déplacée de façon permanente à une autre adresse Web."
Could you pleqse help me in order to confirm the licence?

Sorry to jump in here. What might be happening is that there is a limitation in SuiteCRM around version numbers. If they install a fix, but the version number is the same, it won't actually install the fix although it acts like it did. In order for that to work the version number needs to be different than any previously installed versions.
Not sure if this is what is happening here, but thought it might be helpful.

If that is the case, could browser caching be a possible issue? Would clearing the browser cache be helpful to ensure the latest libraries are being used?

Hi,
unfortunately we cannot manage to access to the system i'm working on. It is painful because the plugin does exactly what we need now and we would pass to the pro version in a couple of months maybe.
I clean the cache and i try again even if i think it won't be useful. :-(

We think, it should be quite easy to fix, but we need to see your system, why it doesn;t work, as it works on our test system. We can also try a remote session, which allows you to control and see what we do. - Proposal with details for scheduling is sent to your e-mail ;).
