I went to increase the number of users for an addon and got this message - "Could not find the key."

I have forwarded your question to people at SuiteCRM Store as our module calls their API to check the key.

For now, can you go to your orders at https://store.suitecrm.com/orders, open Order # 869, and increase the user count through this interface instead?
