Hi, that's unfortunate - there have no errors from any other purchaser.
To assist you with your problem I'll require some information, version of SuiteCRM, PHP version any errors in your SuiteCRM error logs/PHP error logs, are you installing locally or web based, screen shot of the error returned on installation, do you any problems with installing other modules into your instance, do you have the correct file/directory rights applied to your SuiteCRM instance, can you have a look in your config.php file and ensure that the upload_dir variable is correctly set

However we tried to create some fields but while deploying package on repair it asks to execute SQL query again and again and so we need to build confidence to plan functionality in the application based on functionality offered by you .Please guide !

Hey, has the installation completed successfully AND are you able to use the field? As mentioned in my first response, NO ONE has had any problems with the installation and use of the module. PLEASE ensure you have the correct file/directory rights for SuiteCRM and send me screen shots of any errors returned AND of the SQL screen you are seeing in the Admin -> QRR routine and I'll try and resolve any problems you may have
