I get an error when I upload the zip package

ZIP Error(0): Status(9): Arhive(upload://rtgsync-RT_GSync_SuiteCRM_V3.5.1.zip): Directory(C:\xampp\htdocs\24crm\cache\upgrades\temp\B09.tmp)

SuiteCRM . 7.9.6 Windows 2008 . PHP 7.1 . MariaDB 10

    You seem to be using an older version of RT GSync.

    Please download the latest version which is RT_GSync_V3.6.zip.
