I can validate the key code. I have message error when i try to validate

    Can you tell us what version of SuiteCRM and RT GSync you are using?

      Hi The version for suiteCrm is 7.9.4 For RT GSync is 3.6

      Thanks for your reply. I have uninstalled the previous installation. I have uploaded the file that was sent to me and after entering the key, I get the same error message.
