#5120 - Issue with Document Integration - RT GSync Plugin

I recently purchased the RT GSync: Google Apps Integration plugin for SuiteCRM. I have been working on setting up the integration between SuiteCRM version 7.14.2 and Google Drive using your plugin. However, I am currently experiencing an issue where documents uploaded to SuiteCRM are not being synchronized with Google Drive as expected. I have followed the setup instructions provided in the documentation, and all configurations seem to be in place. Here are some additional details about the issue: SuiteCRM Version: 7.14.2 Description of the Issue: When I upload a document in SuiteCRM, I expect it to be synchronized with Google Drive, but it doesn't seem to be happening. I have reviewed the plugin documentation and ensured that all configurations are accurate. However, I am unable to identify the root cause of this synchronization issue. Cron job is working and the scheduler for google drive is also active. I check the job log it was empty as well. So, I believe there is some error where you are pushing the job to job_que. Your assistance in resolving this matter is highly appreciated. If there are specific logs or debugging steps I can undertake, please provide guidance on how to proceed.     Hey,

    Thank you for your patience.

    From your description of the issue, we think the crontab might not be properly set up on your server. Please do the following:

    1. In your CRM, go to Admin -> Schedulers. At the bottom of the page should be a line which looks something like this "* * * * * cd /opt/yoursuitecrm; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1"
    2. In the terminal(cmd for Windows), connect to your server, Go to your CRM's directory, and run the command "crontab -e -u yourusername".
    3. Check that the line from Step 2 exists in this file. If not, paste the line at the bottom of the file.
    4. If the line exists, please check for extra spaces or any other syntax errors.
