I saw that some customizations that are possible on your documentation. Is adding tasks to projects or project tasks possible from gmail? Similarly, is communication per project / or task able to synchronize? Our project team believes this would be helpful. They saw something like this in Asana.

    Hi There,

    Our most recent version of RT Gsync does not sync Tasks, which used to be a feature that synced Gmail tasks with CRM tasks module.

    However, Gmail itself has task syncing functionality, and we can offer a customized solution to you to add tasks to the Projects module or any other custom module.

      If it will create tasks to projects it does sound like what the team is asking for. What would be required?

    Hi There,

    Sorry for the confusion.

    We are saying that Google is providing the API to sync Tasks however we have to implement Google tasks syncing with the CRM Projects module. That would be a customized solution for you.

    We will be providing a customized package of our plugin. We will share a ballpark figure once you give us a go-ahead. We will then prepare a complete breakdown with estimates.
