#3852 - is it possible to check in SuiteCRM if a contact has opened or clicked on a link in a Gmail that was sent to him when the plugin is installed?

Ideally, not only do we want to track what messages were sent per contact but also if the contact opened or clicked on a link too.

    We have looked into your query. Our plugin, RTGSync, doesn't look into the emails, due to which it is not possible with the current implementation.
