Hello, I think I have everything installed and when I indicated my Google ID, there is a popup that has opened but it does not work. In addition I can not find any third-party application in my google admin .... Thank's

Hi Philippe,
Thanks for reaching out. Do you have pop-ups enabled in your browser?
You can go to your user profile and add your Gmail IS in the right field again and see if the pop-up shows properly.
You can verify if the installation has been done successfully by going to the Module Loader and verifying if the RT GSync package is installed. Secondly, at the bottom of the admin you can view a module names RT GSync User Configuration, there you can configure which user has access to the plugin.
