Hi,
This error is due to some technical difficulties we are facing at the back end regarding the sync from Google Services. We are in communication with Google to resolve this issue. Kindly bear with us.
Please let us know if you have started a fresh trial/subscription of RT GSync and saw this message during configuration or have you been using it before and this error occurred recently?

We have developed the patch that will resolve the issue that you are facing.
You can download the patch at this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1OQXf3Zl2Ob_-UIxr1Mvw1BLrlsTiHOkw
Once downloaded, simply upload and install the patch on to your CRM. Once installed continue using RT GSync as you normally would.
