Implicit FrontEnd provides deep integration with Microsoft Outlook. It looks like we may be in the same situation. Our license was renewed early on November 19th. It's been several hours and we are not able to use the add-in as it says our trial ended.

Are you using the licences key ending with 76a7? It shows as active and valid until Nov 19, 2018

Hi there. Yep. I have attached a screenshot so you can see. I am currently using Outlook for Web (I haven't tried to replicate this on a desktop version of Outlook yet). When I click on Implicit Frontend for a specific message...it asks me for my license. When I put it in, I get a return of "0 Days Remaining on my trial"

You have purchased a license for the Outlook desktop product. Outlook for web is totally different. It requires the Office 365 license (if you are using Office 365)
