#540 - Installing 10 users licenses but stop after 8 users.-
Actually, we have purchased a license for 10 users (2 Trial period + 8 Added after). After installation number 8, it appears a message indicating "unable to configure the application. The maximum license account has been exceeded.".
The initial 2 computers/users used as Trial period are uninstalled.
How may we recover our 10 license capacity as purchased?

Hi,
I released one license that was registered twice so now you have 9. From these 9, I can see one user who registered under two different domain names (different email addresses - alpha and med) so they count as 2 licenses. The user is ‘lnunez’. Please let me know which one you would like to release
