You can remove accounts, opportunities and lead information by going to FrontEnd's CRM browse window, select all items and click ‘Remove from Outlook’. Please be aware that accounts, opportunities and lead data are not stored in the Outlook mailbox so they are not the reason why your mailbox is full.
