#409 - Connection to CRM url during the initial setup does not work

Closed Bug? created by jvince 7 years ago

Hi,

We tried to connect to our CRM url at the initial setup but it does not work.

P.s. our CRM is behind a VPN. But that should not be a problem to connect.

Kind Regards, John

    Hi,

I am assuming that you are connected over the VPN at the time you are trying to connect to the CRM so that should not matter.

    1. What version of SuiteCRM are you connecting to?
    2. Please make sure to specify https or http in the URL.
    3. If the problem persists, send us the log file under C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Implicit\Implicit FrontEnd\SyncAddinTrace.txt - please send directly to support@implicitweb.com

    Thanks,

    Ronnie

    John,

You created the case under the Outlook Integration product on the SuiteCRM store so I was assuming you were using Windows. But if you are using the office 365 / Mac add-in then the VPN does matter. Unfortunately, it won’t work in this configuration. Sorry for the confusion.
