#3909 - Creating Case using Implicit Plugin in Outlook

I have plugin installed. I would like to know how I can use open an email and create a case while the body of email becomes case description. Currently, I can copy the content from email and paste it. Is this the only way?

    Hi,

    Just click the '+' next to Cases in the side panel. It will create a new case with the body of the email in the description field
