please do let me know the process how to create accounts and contacts from outlook to crm

    Hi,

    If you chose to sync accounts, you will see 'Accounts' button on the Outlook FrontEnd ribbon. Click the Accounts button and it will launch a separate browse window with a list of all the accounts that you configured to sync between SuiteCRM and Outlook. On the toolbar of this window, you'll see a 'New' button to create new accounts and then sync them to SuiteCRM.
