I've downloaded the module from my client and uploaded/installed to SuiteCRM but the client says it cannot see the module. Please help

    Hi,

    Please login to SuiteCRM as admin and verify that the module is loaded under the module loader section. If it is, ask your users to go to FrontEnd > Options > Advanced and click 'Update Modules'. This should detect the new module.

      I had previously done that and that. was shown in the pictures attached to the original ticket.
