#3293 - mail merge does not work after upgrade

Upgraded implicit to 5.136 (Enterprise) this morning and mail merge stopped working. Normally as soon as you select a template within outlook it appears in my current email. Now it does nothing.

Using outlook 365 MSO(16.0.13426.20270) 32 bit.

    Please select "Check for Updates" to download 5.1.37 with a fix for this issue.

    I upgraded to 5.1.37. Still does not work. FYI if I select a type (defaults to "All types"), I get an error (below) also. In any case no merge.

    I had to also disable the add-on as it my outlook is now freezing with it enabled.
