Hi. I can't not install Implicit FrontEnd for SuiteCRM v4.2.79.exe

Right after accepting all the first boxes, I get this repeating message and cannot go further:

    I solved the problem by searching and installing "SQL Server Compact Edition 4.0 SP1" separately.
