#251 - Stopped working today without spontaneous reason -
Today the Front End has requested my Licence Key when I launched Outlook although it has been working fine since we bought our annual subscription back in November. I tried to insert the licence key again and it reverts with a "The underlying connection was closed : Could not establish trust relationship for ssl/ TLS..." so I went for a uninstall and install again... Alas no success I still have the same message. I have opened at my firewall in case it was a new feature for my antivirus provider... no luck. Can you please provide directions to fix my issue ? Thanks, Arnaud

Hi,
It seems that something has changed in your networking environment. Your license is still valid but when the client made an HTTPS call to our licensing portal to validate it, it failed with the SSL error. Can you please try to access https://www.implicitsync.com from your IE browser?

Hi,
If you are getting a "The maximum licenses count exceeded" error that means the SSL issue in your environment has been resolved and you are able now t connect to our licensing server over HTTPS. You are getting this error because you are trying to activate more than one license. Can you please do the following: Go to FrontEnd Options > Advanced and click “Reset Configuration”. It will prompt you to close Outlook and upon restart ask for your license key again. I reset your license count so you should be able to use the same license key again. It will then walk you through the configuration process. This should resolve the issue.
