#2465 - Error configuring application: Invalid Server URL

Hi,

Have an issue with connecting to our CRM, receiving an error "Error configuring application: Invalid Server URL"

We use a self-signed certificate, and previously this error has been resolved by installing the certificate locally (see Cases #1043 and #806). The SuiteCRM version has not changed since the last issue (#1043 - Version 7.10.2), and we are using the latest version of the Implicit plugin from this site (Version 4.2.79). However, we are unable to connect now, even after installing the certificate on the machine with the plugin installed

    Hi,

    It looks like HTTPS is failing. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do on our end since this is pure networking issue. The error means that .NET was not able to establish HTTPS communication with the server which is typically a certificate issue

    Thanks - appears to be working over a http address, however it is now showing an error that we're exceeding the maximum number of users for our licence. We only have the one registered user, could you please have the records/licence registrations cleared so we can re-register this device?
