I have changed the email provider tio Exchange server and updated the Outlook when I am trying to reconnect I am getting Error Configuring application, The Maximoum Licenses count exceeded, can you please reset the license? or please le tme kno wwhat I have to do on this case for future reference ?

Your license has been reset. You can try activating under a different email address

I added it and thenpressed twice ok, now when I login back t outlook is asking for license again and when I add it it says maximum number of licenses have exceeded

You license has been reset again.
Please note that you can only activate it for one combination of Email Address-CRM ID.

do you mean I cannot have more than one email on Outlook? if so what to over come this? because I have 2 emails

No, you can have as many accounts in Outlook as you want but FrontEnd uses only the primary email address (the account which is set as default)
