Hi I'm trailing this and have installed it. In the history tab of crm it shows all of the emails that we have had with customer but it is not showing up in the Implicit front end, is only shows the email that has come in today, ho do we show previous emails? Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi Andy,

    The list of emails that show up under FrontEnd are emails that have been archived either manually or automatically via FrontEnd from Outlook to SuiteCRM. Its different than the history list in SuiteCRM as these are actual Outlook emails that you can open and respond to. Only archived emails are shown.
