I found in contact we can say if we want to synchronize incoming / outgoing emails. It's OK I want the negative option by default : I want to say implicit in a new contact that I don't want to synchrnise its email How I do that

Hi,
We’d like to make a suggestion. It’s much easier to use the auto archiving rules engine to specify from/to which users or accounts emails should be archived, rather than specifying it on the contact form. Please see https://www.outlook-integration.com/Docs/frontendsuitecrm#email_archiving_rules_1
But even with the rules engine, you can only specify which email addresses to archive but there are no exclusion list. So it won’t allow you to specify ‘all contacts except for…’
