#1264 - Mass Updating Leads/Contacts

Closed General Question created by danielesaia 6 years ago

I have just installed and synchronized Implicit and all is working pretty good. When I open a lead there is a check box for "When receiving or sending an email from/to this item, automatically associate it with the item's record." I would assume this makes sure and incoming or outgoing emails with this email address get associated to this lead. The problem is all of the leads/contacts I imported DO NOT have this checked. How can I do a mass update for this.

I have tried going into SuiteCRM and selecting all the leads and then doing mass update, but there is nothing there and it does nothing. Could you please provide DETAILED instructions on how to do this. I have been researching everywhere and nothing appears to be working or options to do what is requested are not available. I appreciate any help.

    Hi,

No need to do mass update. If you want to archive all emails from/to SuiteCRM leads, you can create a rule and just select 'All Leads'. See: https://www.outlook-integration.com/Docs/frontendsuitecrm#email_archiving_rules_1
